How do credit charges work?
You are billed per second of inference time. The rate depends on the GPU tier you select. Lower tiers cost less per second but may have smaller memory limits. Cold boots (when an engine first starts) carry a minimum charge duration of 8 seconds to prevent rapid toggling and infrastructure stress.
Why was my model pull blocked?
Model downloads are restricted based on your available credit balance to protect the platform. Each tier unlocks a higher maximum model size (e.g., 10GB for starter up to 70GB for ultra). Check your billing page to see how many credits are required to unlock larger models.
Can I delete my chat history?
Yes, you can manage and delete individual conversations directly from your left sidebar. Once deleted, the chat data is permanently removed from our active databases.
